To receive check-in information, guests 18 and over must all send their photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Please note that additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Please note that late check-out is subject to availability upon request, with at least 24 hours in advance and for an additional charge of GBP 10 per hour till 14:00. Unauthorized late checkout will incur additional fees. American express is not accepted for the damage deposit. At least 1 guest must be aged 21 years or older. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
